Holidays

Just got back from a week in the sun and am now feeling refreshed and raring to go. It has been so much fun frolicking in the sunshine for a full week with the hubby and the baby with not a single other care in the world. With so much going on at home I didn't think there was a cat in hells chance of me being able to relax and put everything to the back of my mind.....but I did and feel a whole lot better for it. Having a whole do nothing but play with Josh has been brilliant......roll on the next holiday! Now working on one or two designs in time for Christmas and have lots of other great ideas to help jacksprattbaby sales soar! Just had some great feedback from a customer who said she loved her jack spratt baby romper so much that she even has even framed the gift card!

Worst Luck!

Its been a funny old day. The reporter from the local paper has agreed to do an article on me and Jack Spratt Baby - Yeh! This will be my second press article, the first was written for the Lancashire Evening Post and was a really good article but the pictures of me were terrible and I was mortified when I saw it....why didnt I do my hair! Anyway this reporter from my local newspaper was supposed to be coming at 5 tonight to take pictures for the article, I had spent most of the day worrying about the pictures and thinking about how i should pose to try and get a better shot. At half 5 the reporter phoned to tell me that he wasnt coming and had realised he could use the shots from the Lancashire Evening Post. I thought I had got away wuith the dodgy picture but now every tom, dick and harry from my area are going to get to see it now!!! Gutted!

What to do now!

I have so many jobs wizzing round in my head and I just do not know where to start. I have started this blog to help my website and because everybody keeps telling me that blogging is the way forward! I am sat here, on a really uncomfortable chair under my stairs with the house looking like a pig sty and for some strange reason still feel the need to continue with this blog for the love of Jack Spratt! Perhaps one day I may get into the swing of it and turn in to a natural born writer....who knows.....better watch this space!
